Why We Started NOTA

NOTA was born from a simple idea: exceptional specialty coffee should be both luxurious and accessible.

We were inspired by the incredible diversity of flavors found in coffee from vibrant berries and delicate florals to rich chocolate and caramel. Yet we realized many people had never experienced coffee the way it was truly meant to taste.

That's why we created NOTA.
